Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and password (stored hashed by our auth provider, Supabase), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google. Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers; we store your Stripe customer ID, plan, and subscription status. Usage data: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages requested) used for security and debugging.

To operate your account and subscription, deliver premium content, process payments, send transactional email (signup confirmation, password reset, billing notices), prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only the data needed for its function and is governed by its own privacy terms.

We use cookies and browser storage strictly to keep you signed in and remember session state. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@tryslatery.com from your account email; we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g., Stripe transaction history).

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

The Service is for adults 21+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
