Terms of Service

Slatery ("the Service", accessible at tryslatery.com) publishes sports analytics: model-generated projections, probabilities, and informational reports for MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, and Big-5 soccer games. Some research boards are labeled work in progress and are published as ranking sheets, not priced products. Slatery is an information and entertainment product. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice.

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to use the Service. Creating an account requires you to confirm you meet that age. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any information from the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

All projections, win probabilities, edges, and picks are probabilistic model outputs. Past performance — including published backtests and graded pick history — does not guarantee future results. You may lose money acting on any information published by the Service, and you do so entirely at your own risk.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal: sharing login access or redistributing premium content (including screenshots of picks) is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.

Premium access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through Stripe (or, for some legacy members, Whop). Plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. New paid plans may start with a 7-day free trial (or a longer trial if offered via a valid promo code); unless you cancel before the trial ends, the card on file is charged the amount shown at checkout and the subscription continues. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from Account → Manage billing & cancel, which opens the Stripe customer portal (or Whop's order page for legacy Whop memberships). Cancellation takes the same online path as signup — no phone call. Access continues through the end of the paid period. Stripe sends a receipt on each charge and a reminder of the auto-renewing subscription at least annually. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and purchases made with promotional pricing. Prices and plan contents may change with notice effective at your next renewal.

Slatery may offer discretionary promo codes (percent-off discounts, extended trials, or partner codes). Codes may be limited, expire, or be revoked for abuse. Any discount is applied to the Checkout total as shown on the subscribe page (on top of published yearly, multi-sport, and off-season pricing). Promo codes do not create additional refund rights beyond Section 5 and applicable law. We may also grant or revoke complimentary ("comp") premium access outside a paid Stripe or Whop subscription. Some discounts apply only to a limited number of billing cycles.When a code is described as applying to a set number of cycles (for example, "100% off your first month" or "50% off for 3 months"), the discount ends automatically after that number of billing cycles, including codes advertised as free or deeply discounted introductory offers. After the discounted cycles end, the subscription renews at the full undiscounted price shown at checkout until you cancel — you will not be charged a different price than the one displayed on the checkout page before purchase. The exact number of discounted cycles, any restrictions to specific sports or billing periods (monthly vs. yearly), and the post-promotion renewal price are disclosed at checkout before you pay, appear in your Stripe receipt emails, and can be cancelled anytime from Account → Manage billing & cancel. If you do not wish to continue past the promotional period, cancel before it ends and access continues through the paid period.

You may not scrape, resell, or systematically redistribute Service content; reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its models' outputs, reports, design, and branding, is owned by Slatery. Subscriptions grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view content for your own use.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data feeds, lines, and lineups may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slatery's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and Slatery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including wagering losses.
